Its specialized formula creates a bi-layer effect: a vibrant color layer that grips the lips and a crystal-clear "jelly top-coat" that rises to the surface to reflect light from every angle.

Skincare-First Formulation: More than a tint, this is a volumizing lip treatment. It leverages a "triple-oil" blend and moisture-binding actives:
