Using Personal Information

We use your Personal Information to provide our services to you, which includes: offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfillment of your order, providing customer support, preventing fraud, and keeping you up to date on new products, services, and offers by email or text message.

Text Message (SMS) Marketing

If you opt in to receive text messages from TIRTIR (for example, at checkout, through a sign-up form on the Site, or by texting a keyword), you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages at the mobile number you provide, including promotional offers, and abandoned cart reminders. Providing your phone number for an order, or consenting to receive marketing emails, does not by itself enroll you in marketing text messages. Transactional messages (such as order and shipping updates) are sent separately. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. If you are located outside the United States, we will send you marketing text messages only where permitted by, and with any consent required under, the laws of your country.

If you have opted in to receive text messages, we may use Cookies and your activity on the Site (such as items added to your cart) to determine when to send cart reminders.

You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message, by contacting us using the contact information below, or by any other reasonable means. We will process your opt-out request within ten (10) business days, or any shorter period required by applicable law. For help, reply HELP or contact us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • The performance of the contract between you and the Site;

  • Compliance with our legal obligations;

  • To protect your vital interests;

  • To perform a task carried out in the public interest;

  • For our legitimate interests, which do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms.

Retention

We retain your Personal Information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain your account, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, and as otherwise needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. When determining how long to retain your Personal Information, we consider factors such as the nature of the information and the purposes for which it was collected.

We do not engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect using customer data.

Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

Services that include elements of automated decision-making include:

Complaints

If you have complaints about how we process your Personal Information, please contact us using the contact information below. The length of time that a cookie remains on your computer or mobile device depends on whether it is a “persistent” or “session” cookie. Session cookies last until you stop browsing and persistent cookies last until they expire or are deleted. Most of the cookies we use are persistent and will expire between 30 minutes and two years from the date they are downloaded to your device.

You can control and manage cookies in various ways. Please keep in mind that removing or blocking cookies can negatively impact your user experience and parts of our website may no longer be fully accessible.

Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can choose whether or not to accept cookies through your browser controls, often found in your browser’s “Tools” or “Preferences” menu. For more information on how to modify your browser settings or how to block, manage or filter cookies can be found in your browser’s help file or through such sites as www.allaboutcookies.org.

Additionally, please note that blocking cookies may not completely prevent how we share information with third parties such as our advertising partners. To exercise your rights or opt-out of certain uses of your information by these parties, please follow the instructions in the “Behavioural Advertising” section above.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Please note that because there is no consistent industry understanding of how to respond to “Do Not Track” signals, we do not alter our data collection and usage practices when we detect such a signal from your browser. However, if you visit the Site with the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal enabled, we will treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information for that browser or device, where required by applicable law.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised Privacy Policy on the Site and update the “Last updated” date above.
