Refund policy
Return Policy: Customers may request a return solely for products that (i) remain factory-sealed, (ii) show no evidence of tampering, and (iii) are presented to the designated carrier within 14 calendar days of the Delivery Confirmation Date. ‘Delivery Confirmation Date’ means the date and time the carrier records the parcel as delivered, which record shall constitute prima facie evidence of receipt. Please note that items showing any signs of use or damage cannot be accepted for return.
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Items reported more than 14 calendar days after the Delivery Confirmation Date;
- Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging (including items showing signs of use or damage, intentionally damaged, or returned without prior authorization);
- Items returned without prior notice or after a return request has been denied by our Customer Service team.
Return Shipping Fees: While customers are responsible for return shipping charges, any additional costs resulting from improper packaging may be deducted from your refund.
Refund Amount: Please note that customs, duty, original shipping fees, any handling/restocking fees or related fees are non-refundable, as these charges are paid directly to the local government, delivery service, or are required to help us process your return efficiently.
Liability Disclaimer: While we strive to support our customers throughout the return process, TIRTIR cannot take responsibility for any loss, damage, or other issues that may occur during the return shipment. We recommend using trackable and insured shipping methods when returning products.
Customs Duties
Customers are responsible for all customs-related fees, including customs duties, customs fees, service fees, administrative fees, warehousing fees, import taxes, and any associated charges. Certain countries, such as Belgium and Canada, may impose customs duties in accordance with local regulations. TIRTIR and our shipping partners are not responsible for any delays, additional fees, or other issues that may result from the non-payment of these duties. We encourage you to review your country's customs policies before making a purchase.
Please note that TIRTIR is unable to intervene in or provide refunds for customs-related issues. As customs policies vary by country, we recommend that customers contact their local customs office for more details.
In the event that customs duties are not paid by the customer, the package may be automatically discarded by the customs authorities during customs clearance. Please note that TIRTIR is unable to take responsibility for any loss, disposal, or additional charges incurred as a result of unpaid customs duties, and we are unable to provide compensation or reshipment in these cases.
Return Process
Notify Us: Please reach out to our Customer Service team to submit your return request with detailed information (items, reason, quantity, etc.). Kindly wait for our approval before proceeding. Note: Items returned without prior notification or approval may not be accepted or refunded.
Packing the Return: To ensure a smooth process, please include the following details inside your return package: Full Name / Order Number / Email Address.

Return Confirmation: Once you've sent your return, please kindly share the delivery tracking number and a list of returned products with us through our Contact Us page so we can assist you.
Investigating the Return: Our team will carefully check your return package (item condition, quantity) together with our warehouse. This process may take 3-5 business days.
Refund Process: As soon as our warehouse confirms your return, we’ll process your refund. Please allow 1-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged & Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please let our Customer Service team know within 14 calendar days of receiving your order and include a photo so we can help you quickly. Late claims may not be accepted. Kindly inspect your order upon arrival and reach out to our Customer Service team with detailed pictures of the damaged or incorrect product. We’ll review the issue and assist you if there is damage or defect.
Free Gift Eligibility Policy: Free gifts are available for orders that meet a minimum order amount in USD, calculated after discounts but before shipping fees, taxes, or additional charges. If an extra discount is applied at checkout and your order total drops below the required amount, the free gift may be automatically removed. Please note this change might not be immediately visible on the checkout page or in your order confirmation. We’re unable to offer reships or refunds for changes in free gift eligibility due to discounts. However, if your order qualifies for a free gift but it’s missing due to a packaging error, we will issue a coupon for your next order as a token of our appreciation for your understanding.
Lost Packages: While we do our best to ensure your order arrives safely, TIRTIR is not responsible for lost packages. If your package is lost, please file a claim directly with the delivery service company. Should the delivery service company acknowledge a delivery mistake, compensation may be offered by the delivery service. Please provide clear evidence and ensure the delivery service company recognizes the error. We kindly ask that all claims regarding delivery status be accurate, as false claims may result in further action.
Stolen Packages: Once a package is correctly delivered, TIRTIR and the delivery service are unable to take responsibility for any theft. We appreciate your understanding that claims regarding stolen packages after delivery will not be accepted.
