Q: How does the expiry work?
A: Each product (Cleanser, Toner, Cream) has a 36-month shelf life before opening, and should be used within 12 months once opened.

Q: The color of the product looks different from the last one I purchased—why?
A: The TIRTIR Matcha line is formulated without artificial colorants, using only natural extracts (such as matcha, cacao, and coptis). Because of this, prolonged exposure to heat or light may cause slight discoloration. This is a natural change and does not affect the product’s safety or effectiveness.
