Shipping policy

As soon as your order is confirmed, no changes can be made once the order is placed. Most orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. For international orders, shipping times may vary a bit by region, but usually take 3–7 business days. Please keep in mind that delivery might take a little longer during storewide sales or new product launches because of high order volumes. Sometimes, unexpected events like weather, carrier disruptions, customs duties, or local inspections can also cause delays. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TIRTIR shall not be liable for any delays, losses, or damages arising from or related to shipping delays, customs duties, or interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, weather, carrier disruptions, customs inspections, or any other events beyond our reasonable control. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their government.

To help ensure your order arrives smoothly, please provide the correct and complete shipping address when placing your order. We kindly ask that you enter your full legal name—not a nickname or abbreviation—as this helps prevent any delivery issues. To avoid recognition errors in our shipping system, please enter all addresses in English only. For our customers in Arabic-speaking regions, where postal codes may not be applicable, we encourage you to fill out your address as detailed and accurately as possible to help us deliver your order without complications.

We are unable to pack or ship orders if an incorrect address is provided, and unfortunately, packages sent to invalid or incorrect addresses cannot be reshipped. If you need to change your shipping address after your package has already been dispatched, please note that we are unable to make changes on our end. In these cases, we kindly recommend reaching out to the designated shipping carrier directly for assistance.

If the provided address cannot be shipped, TIRTIR will reach out to you via email (cs@tirtir.global). Please respond within 14 days so we can assist you further; otherwise, the order will be canceled and you will need to place a new order for your products.

Please note: In all cases, customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving their order to be eligible for return, refund, or reshipment. Requests made after this period cannot be accommodated.

Incorrect Delivery Information / Inability to Contact the Recipient: If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the delivery service cannot contact the recipient, we are unfortunately unable to reship or refund the order. To help ensure a smooth delivery, we kindly recommend providing complete and accurate shipping information (phone number, email, name, building, room, entrance code, etc.) and keeping an eye on your phone and email for any messages from the delivery service. If you have any issues with your package, please feel free to contact your local post office or courier right away, and we will do our best to assist.

Shipping Delays: We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but sometimes delivery may be delayed or interrupted due to circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather, service disruptions, customs duties, local customs inspections, or other unforeseen events. TIRTIR is unable to take responsibility for any loss, damage, or expense arising from such delays or interruptions, and cannot issue refunds for shipping fees or the order total in these cases.

Price Adjustments During Promotions: At TIRTIR, we occasionally offer promotions or sales that may affect the pricing of our products. We appreciate your understanding that the price of an order placed before a promotion cannot be adjusted or compensated based on the promotion.

Hazardous Goods: Each country has its own policies regarding hazardous materials. While we are unable to provide specific information about these regulations, we recommend contacting your local customs office to determine if the product you are purchasing is classified as hazardous.

Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy: At TIRTIR, both you and our team have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including if services are already in progress. Please note that refunds are not available once a Service has started and is underway. However, if you have paid for any unused Services, we will refund those amounts. Refunds, if applicable, are at our sole discretion and are limited to the amount of the order in question. By default, refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the Service unless you request otherwise. Refunds are typically credited within 1-7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable to the other for any delay or failure to perform occasioned by an event that (i) is beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, terrorism, war, political insurgence, riot, civil unrest, acts of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood, or other natural or man-made disasters, including shipping delays, customs duties, or interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier disruptions, or customs inspections, (ii) could not have been avoided by the exercise of reasonable diligence, and (iii) was not caused by that party’s fault or negligence (“Force Majeure Event”). The affected party shall promptly notify the other party in writing of the occurrence of such event and shall use commercially reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects and resume performance as soon as practicable.

*These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [the State of California, U.S.A.], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including their formation, validity, or termination, shall be finally resolved by arbitration. The arbitration shall be seated in [Seoul, Korea] before a single arbitrator of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce and finally determined by binding arbitration in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. Any award rendered by the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the Parties.
